I’m looking for NON-MLM cheaper multivitamins?
moneyreligion asked:
I’ve been paying 45 price + shipping for Mannatech Glycentials… I know health is worth investing for but you know, come on!

What are non-MLM multivitamins with optimal MLM doses without MLM premium prices…
Suggestions?
Sorry, natural sources don’t have daily optimal doses.
I only eat 3-4 veggies-fruits a day, the multivitamins will help me get the other 2-6.
Besides to get optimal doses of minerals and vitamins, you’d need to eat 20-30 servings of broccoli and oranges. No one on earth would be able to eat that everyday. No one. But the fortressnutrition.net is genius! Top answer for you!

You should try getting your vitamins/supplements from NATURAL sources not synthetic vitamins.
Cod Liver Oil [Vit A + D]
Sodium Ascorbate [Vit C]
Cayenne[Helps with circulation]
Raw Milk is the best source of calcium.
Acidophilus[Probiotic]
Use google or for more information and ideas.
EDIT -
What are you talking about?
Cod Liver Oil is the highest source of Vit D and A. It is much more than what the FDA considers an ‘optimal dose’ and MUCH higher than ANY vitamin.[Infact you can OD on synthetic Vit A]
Same with Sodium Ascorbate. Sodium Ascorbate is the form of vitamin C used in hospitals to give VERY large doses through IV.
You need to do MUCH more research.
Health is seldom improved with multivitamins; you will get all you need from a diet that includes 5-10 servings of fruit and veggies every day. Spend that $45 at the produce counter.
Want good quality vitamins at great cost (bulk buys are even cheaper ) and US shipping is FREE. go to the following link, if you can’t find it contact them and they will help- great customer service
